About the Firm
Law Firm BLU specialises in the area of legal services regarding Polish-German economic relations. The offer of our Firm is addressed in the first place to the companies operating in Poland within international groups, as well as Polish companies providing services in Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium or Luxembourg.

Let’s meet in Wrocław
Our Firm is located in Wrocław, an exceptional city in the heart of Lower Silesia in which history and modernity intertwine, creating a charming and energetic city, worth a longer visit.
On the elevations of some historic tenement houses, e.g. in the Nadodrze district, we can still see the remains of German signs of workshops and shops that witnessed history before 1945. Our office is located in a historic tenement house joined with a modern office block in a business part of Wrocław where only the tenement house at Legnicka 52 reminds us that once Wrocław lived at a different pace.

Our work
We have created for our Clients a team of attorneys, advisors and accountants who work together every day for the benefit of our Clients. We have invited to our Team only the best lawyers, with experience in corporate services. Our lawyers and tax advisors have acquired their legal education at Polish and foreign universities, usually in the form of scholarships, they are fluent in foreign languages (German and English) and experienced in offering legal services to foreign companies. We can also add long-term cooperation with international law firms in Europe and overseas to our credit, as well as cooperation with the German tax advisors specialising in Polish-German economic relations.

Katarzyna Styrna-Bartman, LL. M., Dr. Jur. is an attorney-at-law specialising in economic law, European labour law and issues of employee delegation abroad (in particular to Germany), as well as mergers and take-overs and new technologies law.
Katarzyna Styrna-Bartman, LL. M., Dr. Jur. completed law studies at the University of Wrocław and post-graduate German Law Studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Regensburg in Germany, where she was awarded the title Master of Laws (LL. M.). At the same time she started doctoral studies in the Faculty of European Law at the University of Regensburg, where in 2013 she was awarded the title of doctor of juridical science (Dr. jur.) defending in German her doctoral thesis regarding European law which was awarded the grade Magna Cum Laude.
