Wir helfen bei der Zusammenstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer, die im Rahmen verschiedener Besch\u00e4ftigungsformen besch\u00e4ftigt sind, z. B. <em>Home Office, Telearbeit<\/em>, und wir stehen auch in Kontakt mit Stellen, die Arbeitnehmerakten f\u00fchren. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Buchhaltungsb\u00fcro unterst\u00fctzen wir unsere Mandanten bei der Mitarbeiterf\u00fchrung (Erstellung von Personalakten sowie Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Vorbereitung der Abrechnung von Geldleistungen aus dem Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis, z.B. Vorauszahlungen f\u00fcr Lohnsteuer oder Versicherungsbeitr\u00e4ge). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-2-columns image-text-block image-text-block--narrow image-right is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Um Unternehmern, die Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigen oder besch\u00e4ftigen wollen, einen umfassenden Service zu bieten, unterst\u00fctzen wir unsere Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen im Bereich der Arbeitsmedizin und des Arbeitsschutzes, die in ihren Heimatl\u00e4ndern nicht bekannt sind. Wir arbeiten auch mit arbeitsmedizinischen Zentren (wir unterst\u00fctzen bei der Erstellung der f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Stelle erforderlichen Unterlagen) und mit Zentren f\u00fcr Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz zusammen.
