Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR)
We help our Clients with mandatory notification of beneficial owners of commercial companies that results from the provisions on counteracting money laundering and financing of terrorism. Our support is particularly valuable to the Clients not only due to the fact that the failure to fulfil/improper fulfilment of this obligation carries the risk of fine even up to PLN 1,000,000, but also due to the fact that the failure to fulfil/improper fulfilment of this obligation may result in penal liability for the Management Board members of commercial companies.
